Important Covid-19 Update

Due to Covid-19 situation, around 10,000 pilgrims are allowed for darshan per day. Everyone has to go to tirumala only with prior darshan ticket booking. 

  • Special privileged darshan’s (like Darshan for NRIs, Darshan for Defense Personnel)  has been cancelled at this moment.
  • Children below 10 years and adults above 60 years age are allowed now for darshan but their safety and hygiene is your responsibility only.  Please carry your adhaar card.
  • Everyone will be thermally screened and sanitized at Alipiri check point before proceeding to Tirumala.
  • Divya Darshan tickets are not issued at this moment. Hence plan your visit to tirupati accordingly.

Dress Code

  • Men should come in White Pancha / Dhothi with Shirt.
  • Women should come in Saree with Blouse Or Punjabi Dress With Dupatta Or Chudidhar with Dupatta Or Half Saree.
  • Those who do not follow dress code will be restricted at the entry gate itself. So it is advised to all the pilgrims to follow the dress code.
  • Pancha / Cotton saree will be available at entry gate for the pilgrims to purchase on the spot for those who doesn’t have idea about the dress code.

  1. Sir, we planned for dharsan on 16/5/21 at 6.00pm. Now it is partly lockdown in A.P., can we able to do dharsan

    • TTD hadnt took any decision on darshan timings at this moment. Please wait for few more days for more updates. There will be curfew after 12 PM in AP starting from 5th May. Only essential services will be allowed. Not sure about temple darshan at this moment. You can plan to come later on the same ticket. You will be allowed once for darshan on the same ticket till December 2021, so you can plan to come later.

  2. Sir I have a 2years baby .I am booked ticket at 8 may. My child came with me or not. Please allow my child for dersan.

  3. Hi sir am coming to tirumala on 19 April and my darshan on 20 th 3pm but I book a room on srinivasam complex on Apr 21 I got information that srinivasam complex. Has been converted to covid isolation is it true.
