Places to visit Near Rishikesh Temple
The most prominent one in the list of places to visit near Rishikesh Temple is Githa Bhavan. It is a palace on the banks of the Ganges. The portraits of Ramayana and Mahabharata are
carved out on the walls of the palace. After bathing in the Ganges, devotees can meditate here and also listen to the teachings of the sages.
It was established in 1967 by Omkarananda, a great Hindu philosopher, saint and writer. It buzzes with the spiritual activities, yoga training and fire sacrifices.
