TTD Cottage, Vishnu Nivasam complex is located just opposite to Tirupathi Railway Station. It is very close to Tirupati bus stand(just 5 mins walk) and railway station. It is the best TTD accommodation center for all pilgrims who visit Tirupathi. It is maintained by TTD along with Srinivasam & Madhavam complex near Thirupati Bus stand. It has free locker facility as well. The toilets are clean. It has a restaurant facility in the ground floor. Very good car parking facility available.

Vishnu Nivasam Rooms Current Booking
- All the rooms will be available under Current Booking for Pilgrims visiting Tirupati.
- Pilgrims need to carry valid ID Proof to avail booking.
- Caution deposit will be collected at the time of room allotment.
- Please keep the receipt safe till you vacate the room.
- Only the person who booked the room can checkout the room.
- On arrival booking cannot be made for future dates. Can be booked only for that day.
Vishnu Nivas Room Allotment Extension
- Extension for one day will be done at Room allotment counter in the Ground Floor, with the same tariff. Pilgrim has to inform the reception about the extension in advance.
- Pilgrims who want to stay beyond 2 days from the time of allotment have to pay double the rent amount. Double rent is charged to avoid misuse.
- Room will be allotted to the person on whom the booking is made.
- Room cancellation, Change in booking is not available.

I had stayed at Vishnu nivasam at tirupathi in November 2022 and I had submitted my key and recipt after 2days
Bur I got a call today from an ttd employe he said that you were not submitted the locker Key to us, I didn’t get any recipt from the employee on that day. And he said that I have to pay 260/-penalty , is it true call or any fake call, I’d it is a right call how can I prove my side “i had submitted the key”. Today also I saw the employee he is don’t give any recipt to devotes. Could you please check your employee side . Thankyou this is my kind request.
Room and suit difference
I want room 27 april to 30 April
When will be the accommodation for March quota will open… I need to book room on March 9th for 3 Adult and 2 children.. How many rooms can i book??
Iam not abe to book accomodation online for any of the Tirupathi guest housed for March 15 and 16 . The online url TTDSEVAONLINE does not seem to be working. can you pl provide me the webiste where I can book accomodation for my in laws who are senior citizens . I tried your no 08772277777 and also 08772263001 and the no says either busy or does not exist . You could have made the process very simple . These simple things does matter .
