Hanuman Jayanti At Tirumala

Every year, on 10th day of the bright half of the Vaishakha month, Tirumala celebrates Hanuman Jayanti in a grand way.

The Hanuman Jayanti celebrations takes place at Japali Theertham in Tirumala every year. As part of the tradition, TTD will offer silk clothes to Sri Japali Hanuman.

Special pujas will also be observed at:

• Sri Bedi Anjaneya Swamy Temple , located opposite to the main Tirumala temple.

• Sri Prasanna Anjaneya Swamy situated at 7th Mile on the pedestrian path, Tirumala First (down) Ghat Road. For the convenience of devotees and locals, TTD is providing free transport from Tirumala to the seventh mile and back, from 11 AM to 6 PM.

The rituals will include Tirumanjana Abhishekam, Asthanam and chanting of Vedic mantras, accompanied by Nadaswaram and Dolu.
