There is no physical passbook — your donor account is digital. To use a darshan or accommodation privilege, log in to the same account you donated through, book your darshan slot and room in advance, and carry the ticket printout on the day. The reporting place for darshan and for accommodation check-in is printed on the ticket itself. Carry a photo ID for all five members, and dress traditionally for darshan as per the Tirumala dress code. Because the privileges are yearly, you book afresh from your login for each visit through the validity period.
