Tirumala Temple – Lunar Eclipse Schedule : 3rd March 2026
In view of the lunar eclipse, the temple will remain closed from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM (approx. 10 hrs 30 mins).
🕒 Eclipse begins: 3:20 PM
🕕 Eclipse ends: 6:47 PM
As per tradition, temple doors will be shut six hours before the eclipse.
🔔 Reopening: 7:30 PM
🙏 Purification rituals & Punyahavachanam will be performed.
🌸 Darshan for devotees resumes at 8:30 PM.
📢 SSD (Slotted Sarva Darshanam) & DD (Divya Darshan) tokens will NOT be issued on:
• March 1, 2026 – for darshan on March 2
• March 2, 2026 – for darshan on March 3
👉 For darshan on March 4, 2026, SSD tokens will be issued on March 3, 2026.
🚫 Due to the lunar eclipse, TTD has cancelled the following:
Ashtadala Pada Padmaradhana
Kalyanotsavam
Unjal Seva
Arjitha Brahmotsavam
Sahasra Deepalankara Sevas
🚫 In addition, the following darshans are also cancelled for the day:
VIP Break Darshan including Protocol
SRIVANI Darshan
Rs.300 Special Entry Darshan
Darshan for parents with infants
Senior citizens and differently-abled
Donor darshan
NRI darshan
📌Devotees are requested to take note of the above information and plan their Tirumala pilgrimage accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.

Please note that there is no separate access for Agents. TTD doesn’t give any privileges to any agents and doesn’t authorize anyone to act as an agent. Everyone has to book in TTD official website only like a general public. Due to enormous demand from pilgrims visiting Tirumala from various locations of the world. Tickets are getting sold out with in minutes after releasing. If you login exactly at the release time and fill your details faster, you should be able to book your tickets easily. Don’t approach any middle man for darshan tickets are rooms. Do it only in the TTD official website – https://ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in
