Nandakam guest is very near to main temple, it is at a distance of 600 meters. Around 5-10 minutes walk.
It is very near to Tarigonda Vengamamba Free Meals Building, Pushkarini, Varaha Swamy Temple, TTD Employees Canteen, Rambagicha Bus Stand.
If you want to book a room at Nandakam Guest House, there are 4 ways
However, you cannot select the guest house online, only the type of room. The room will be allotted based on the availability in all the guest houses in Tirumala.
Rs. 1000 for a room with 2 beds and attached toilet (non-AC) that can accommodate up to 6 persons.
If you wish to extend it for 2nd day, you can do so at offline but you will be double charged, hence it will be Rs. 2000 + Caution deposit.

Please take action on this ..today I booked room in nandakam rest house worth 2200/- by phone number 90794 03598 thorough whatsapp..they even sent receipt saying it is gst registered but they are not receiving calls now.. and after reading this comment I came to know it's fraud .. Number and website available on Google ttd should take strict action on these .. Hard to trust anything now for coming to tirumala..over hyped now for everything over there ..be it darshan tickets or for accomodation

Url given in Google is a fake website .I paid 1350rs and given with fake receipt. After paying, they are asking to pay security deposit of 2000rs again.

It's a fraud website, please raise police complaint immediately. Tirumala accommodation can be booked only in TTD official website - https://ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in
This is a biggest fraud in the name of the most powerful god. Ofcourse this fraud and his family will be taken care by Lord Venkateswara and no doubt in it. I request people to beware. Stay away from this. Iam a instagram influencer and will definitely post a reel regarding this.

Nandakam Guest House is a TTD accommodation. TTD accommodation in Tirumala can only be booked through their official website - https://ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in . Currently TTD accommodation is sold out till April end.
There is no chance of getting rooms over phone booking.
Please raise a complaint with police and drop email to the below email id's immediately with details like on which website you had tried to book the room and to which number you had paid amount. So that they could investigate.
