TTD Cottage, Vishnu Nivasam complex is located just opposite to Tirupathi Railway Station. It is very close to Tirupati bus stand(just 5 mins walk) and railway station. It is the best TTD accommodation center for all pilgrims who visit Tirupathi. It is maintained by TTD along with Srinivasam & Madhavam complex near Thirupati Bus stand. It has free locker facility as well. The toilets are clean. It has a restaurant facility in the ground floor. Very good car parking facility available.

Vishnu Nivasam Rooms Current Booking
- All the rooms will be available under Current Booking for Pilgrims visiting Tirupati.
- Pilgrims need to carry valid ID Proof to avail booking.
- Caution deposit will be collected at the time of room allotment.
- Please keep the receipt safe till you vacate the room.
- Only the person who booked the room can checkout the room.
- On arrival booking cannot be made for future dates. Can be booked only for that day.
Vishnu Nivas Room Allotment Extension
- Extension for one day will be done at Room allotment counter in the Ground Floor, with the same tariff. Pilgrim has to inform the reception about the extension in advance.
- Pilgrims who want to stay beyond 2 days from the time of allotment have to pay double the rent amount. Double rent is charged to avoid misuse.
- Room will be allotted to the person on whom the booking is made.
- Room cancellation, Change in booking is not available.

I have booked room in vishnunivasam for 4 persons but in pdf only 2 person shows can you please tell how can i contact to them also i selected ac room but there is no mention about ac non ac only double cot bed with attached toilet mentioned.
No problem , it just takes first 2 names from darshan ticket. All 4 can stay in the room.

My friend and his brother recently visited Tirupati and staff in the Vishnu nivasam said that they won’t give room for bachelor’s. Tomorrow I’m visiting with my brother and wanted to know if we can get room in Vishnu nivasam.

I am having special darshan ticket for 6 members. I am not able to book accommodation for all 06 members in Vishnu Nivasam tirupati. System is asking to select only two. What should i do for other members. System is not allowing me to book accommodation for all.

System will only take first 2 members from the ticket. Its ok, its not a problem, all 6 members can stay in a room. Due do shortage of accommodation, you are allowed to stay only for 24 hours. Please look for any private hotel for another day.
