• Subject: Complaint Regarding Fraudulent Activity by TTD Agent – Request for Action

  Dear TTD Vigilance Team,

  I am writing to bring to your attention a serious matter involving a person named Mr. Marla Balaji, who claims to be working as an agent at the Tirumala Tirupati Temple.

  Mr. Balaji, a native of Badangpet, Hyderabad, allegedly collected money from me for arranging VIP Break Darshan tickets for six members of my family. However, despite repeated follow-ups, the promised arrangements were not made. Upon further inquiry, I learned from his acquaintances that he has been misusing such funds for fraudulent activities.

  I kindly request the Vigilance Department to investigate this matter thoroughly and take strict action against Mr. Balaji to prevent further exploitation of devotees.

• Hello,

  We had booked tickets through a person, but unfortunately, he did not provide any tickets.

  We then contacted the Vigilance Team for support regarding this issue.

  Thank you to the team for helping us recover the amount we had paid, as we never received the tickets from them.

• Tollfree number are waste of our time. They are totally wasting our time as of now I spent two days to connect with service center nos.

  • Lot of scam websites are there pretending as TTD accommodation. Please raise a cyber complaint on them if you had incurred any financial loss.

  Just transferred 5k and he said he'll send receipt to book
  Sannidhanam in Thirumala
  He spoke in Hindi
  He is saying send 5k more to get receipt and booking details.

  Last Saturday I came to tirumala for darshan but there is no tickets some guy was cheated me of fake darshan suprabatham fraud incident happened and my money gon once I reached temple history phone was switched off what to do how to recover my money please suggest.

  Dear sir,
  First of all, thank you for the Special Darshan for Physically Disabled services & very easy & quick darshan for disabled persons.
  This is G.Vivek and i physically handicapped person. I booked Special Darshan for Physically Disabled quote ticket for the month of June 24 for my self with spouse.
  Sir I have two children, one child is 11.5 months old now and another one child is 4 years old. But as per customer care information children's are not allowed in this darshan. Since children's are very lower age, so we can't also leave them alone and they can't also leave us during the trip. So please consider my request, for physically disabled couples with their children's up to 6 year may be permitted in Special Darshan for Physically Disabled.
  Please do the needful.
  It very helpful for all disabled person and their families.
  Nowadays we can't leave children's with anyone.

  • Children below 12 years will be allowed in any quota for free. No need to worry about it. You can bring your children with you.

• Big scame is going for TTD, one person in tirupathi staff …take the money 40k for thomalaseva darshanam …when my family has going the tirumala that ticket has to be fake. This is the very worest of it.please do the need full , my all fmly members are suffering from there .

  • Hi mam, please report the issue to the Vigilance team on the above listed phone numbers. Fraudsters will be caught and your money will be returned.
