There is no current booking counter for Rs. 300 Special entry darshan. Before 2020, TTD used to issue Rs. 300 tickets in offline but after covid those counters are closed and currently all special entry darshan tickets has to be compulsorily booked in online only in TTD official website.
Tickets will be released 3 months in advance and gets sold out in 30-45 Minutes after release.

You cant get same day darshan ticket in offline counter. Currently if we book ticket today, darshan time slot is given after 3 days.

You can get sarva darshan ticket at Vishnu nivasam and bhudevi complex in tirupati.

Foot path will be open now divya darshan will be allowed
Foot path is opened now but you wont be issued any special ticket in the pathway. You need to take ticket in advance before climbing the hill.
