Check-in Timings
Slot-1: 12 AM to 5:59 AM
Slot-2: 6 AM to 11:59 AM
Slot-3: 12 PM to 5:59 PM
Slot-4: 6 PM to 11:59 PM
pilgrims who had selected time slot has to report only in that time. If reported lately, room will not be allotted, hence be cautious while selecting check-in timeslot during online booking.

- It is 1.8 KM away from Tirupati Railway Station. You can hire an auto for Rs.50 /-
- It is 400 Meters away from Tirupati Central Bus Stand. Its a 5 minutes walk from Bus Stand. There is a subway available from Bus Stand to Madhavam Complex premises.
- It is 14 KM away from Tirupati Airport located near Renigunta. You can hire a cab for airport pickup.
Points To Remember
- Accommodation can be cancelled online but only Base tariff will be returned and you will not get the GST that has been charged.
- You need to check – in only during the time slot you had selected while booking the room, if you come lately then room will not be allotted.
- Caution deposit will be credited back to your account after vacating the room within 7-10 days.

We booked darshan on 9 th January 2021 at 7pm. So we need to book room for one day. Please we need help
We have booked Balaji Dharshan on 27th November at 10 am. We are also planning to book rooms at Srinivasam or Madhavam Guest House of TTD. We will be reaching Tirupati on 26th November by evening around 9 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. for stay, dharshan on 27th Morning and return by evening 27th. Is it Okay?
Srinivasam or madhavam are currently turned as covid care centres. You can get TTD accommodation in Tholappa gardens in Tiruchanur which is 5kms from tirupati. Currently november quota is not released, it might be released in 2 days.... Please visit https://tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in
Or else you can go with any private hotels in tirupati but it would be bit costly compared to TTD rooms

sir we should pay caution deposit @ the time of booking the room or pay @ check in
For online booking , caution deposit has to be paid in advance while booking itself, after vacating the room, caution deposit will be refunded to your account.
Dear Sir- I booked online for 48 hrs and stayed in Madhvam TTD Guest House AC room (Rs.800 per day) from 0800 hrs on 24.12.2019 & 25.12.2019. At the time of online booking Rs.2400 was cut from my account which includes Rs.800 as caution deposit. I vacated the room on 26.12.2019 at 0400 hrs (within 48 hrs). I was told at the counter that the caution deposit will be refunded on line with in two hrs of vacating the room. But even after 24 hrs caution deposit is not refunded

I want to book a room on 14-DEC-2019 afternoon to 15-DEC-2019 afternoon in tirupati srinivasam / madhavam guest house.
Can i get the rooms availability on arrival to srinivasam/madhavam/vishnu nivasam guest houses.
Also would like to know is there any ac lounge/rest rooms available in tirupati railway station for freshup and relaxation purpose.

Srinivasam and madhavan are only available for online booking. You can try in vishnu nivasam for current booking upon arrival.

The online booking site states that Check in Check out time is 8"00 am to 8:00 am but other websites say it is 24 hours check out.
Example if i do a online booking for a AC room for 20th October. can i check in at 18:00 hours and checkout at 18:00 hours of 21st october
While booking you need to select the Check - In Time as per your arrival. once you check in you will be allowed to stay for 24 hours.
