This initiative, launched by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, aims to provide seamless access to various temple-related services, ensuring convenience for millions of devotees.

Key Features of TTD WhatsApp Service

The WhatsApp service allows devotees to check the live status of several essential services.

• Slotted Sarva Darshanam Live Status: Real-time updates on the availability of slots for darshan. You can view the ticket availability live status for the counters at
  • Tirupati ( Srinivasam, Vishnu Nivasam & Bhudevi Complex)
  • Srivari Mettu
• Sarva Darshanam Live Status: Information on general darshan queues. You can know the details like how many compartments are filled and how many compartments are still vacant. On an average each compartment might take 30-45 minutes, according to the number of compartments filled, you can estimate the number of hours taken for darshan.
• Srivani Counter Live Status: Updates on the Srivani Trust donation counters. You can get the live status of the ticket availability at below counters.

• Caution Deposit Refund Live Status: Status of refunds for caution deposits.

To access these services, devotees simply need to send a “Hi” message to the designated WhatsApp number: +91-9552300009. The chatbot will guide users through the available options, making it easier to plan their visit to the temple.

How to use TTD Whatsapp Service

1. Send “Hi” to WhatsApp number: +91-9552300009.

2. If you want change to English, then type “EN” and send.

3. Then Click on ” Choose Service”.

4. Then Click on ” Please Select One Service”.

5. Select “TTD Temples Services”.

6. Then select the service whatever you need and click on confirm.

7.  You will get a screen like this and Click on “Open”

8. Then you will get screen like this and Give ” Input Date” and “Location”. And click on “complete”.

9. Then you will get the darshan live status.
