GoSamrakshana Trust

Sri Venkateswara GoSamrakshana Trust aims to protect Cow and emphasizing its importance. TTD has a GoSamrakshana Shala at the outskirts of Tirupati, The Trust also aims at improving the living conditions of cows outside Goshala by providing technical inputs to the general public.

The Current Sri Venkateswara GoSamrakshana Shala (earlier called as SV Dairy Farm) was established in 1956 in an area of 400 acres. SV Dairy Farm is later changed as GoSamrakshana Shala in 2004.

The S.V.Dairy Farm, TTD.,Tirupati supplies milk and curd to all the TTD Temples for Rituals, prasadams, Abhishekams etc., and also to the service institutions like S.V.Balamandir (Orphanage), S.V.Deaf and Dumb School, S.V.Training Centre for the Physically handicapped, S.V.Poor Home (Leprosy Hospital), S.V.Vedapatasala, S.V.Oriental College Hostel, TTD., Hospitals, “Annadanam” scheme of T.T.D. etc.,

Sri Venkateswara Gosamrakshana Trust gives an opportunity for the devotees to participate in Gosamrakshana with their donations.

Donation Amount to GoSamrakshana Trust

The minimum contribution for the scheme is Rs. 1,000/- Donation amount sent below Rs.1000/- will be credited to the account of Srivari Hundi without any intimation to the Donor.
All donations are deposited in a Nationalised Bank, and the interest earned is utilized for the scheme.

Donation Benefits from

Donor of Rs.5 lakhs and above:

5liters of cow’s milk will be supplied for swami vari ksheerabhishekam in the name of the donor on one fixed friday.

Donors will be honoured on one Gokulashtami day during ‘gopooja’ celebration in S.V.Gosamrakshana shala,TTD ,Tirupati with advanced intimation. They will be invited on every Gokulashtami day to attend for gopooja.

Donor of Rs.1 lakh and below 5 lakhs:

1liters of cow’s milk will be supplied for swami vari ksheerabhishekam in the name of the donor on one fixed friday.

Donor’s name will be displayed in Sri venkateshwara Gosamrakshana shala,TTD ,Tirupati.

Donors will be honoured on one Gokulashtami day during ‘gopooja’ celebration in S.V.Gosamrakshana shala,TTD ,Tirupati with advanced intimation.They will be invited on every Gokulashtami day to attend for gopooja

Donors donating Rs. 1lakh and above are requested to send two copies of self Photograph,furnish date od birth of Donor and Particulars of family members(4 persons), such as name, relationship and age, for issuing Donor pass Books to avail priviliges as per below.
